Returns & Refunds policy
Thank you for supporting our independent art store! Because our watercolor art prints are printed to order through print-on-demand fulfillment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, changing your mind, accidental duplicate orders, or ordering an incorrect size.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your art print arrives damaged in transit (e.g., bent, torn, or creased packaging), contains a noticeable printing defect, or is the incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or complete refund at no cost to you.
To file a claim for a replacement, please follow these steps:
Email our support team at info@norrskenart.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
Include your full Order Number and the name on the account.
Attach clear photos showing the damaged or defective print, as well as the shipping packaging.
Please do not mail packages back to our address without contacting our support team first, as unauthorized mail returns cannot be recognized by our fulfillment facilities.
