You will have instant access to 5 different size options in high-resolution JPG files. You can print any size at home if you have a printer or choose an online printing service.
Custom and personalized orders
If you need a specific size that is not available among the sizes of the item, please feel free to reach out to us and we will gladly customize it for you.
How can I access my digital downloads?
After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your artwork. You can also access your downloads directly through your Shopify account under the "Orders" section.
Issues with Downloads
If you encounter any issues with your download, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to assist you with any problems related to file access or download issues.
Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
Yes! Commercial use is available. When you purchase a digital watercolor print, you receive a license for personal use by default (you can print it for your home, gifts, or personal projects).
If you’d like to use the artwork for commercial purposes such as on products you sell, in branding, or in marketing materials, simply contact us. We’ll explain the process and provide you with the right Commercial Use License.
Can I get a refund?
All sales of digital products are final. Once the files are downloaded, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
